Was a little bit scared to read this topic and it’s comments because something tells me just about everything I eat comes under the heading of unhealthy Angela.

Food that exhibits signs of being charred, due to their carcinogenicity, like barbecued food.

Fried food and processed foods. By extension this would include most takeaway foods like McDonalds and KFC etc.

As a nutritionist, I believe all foods are ok to consume in moderation. If I had to pick something I would say margerines which are high in trans fats as there are far better alternatives available and trans fats are not a good fat to be consuming daily.
