Health & fitness is so important specially with aged people having with multiple health problem. So regular exercise and good food finally limited exercise is a must to to take care of any further health problem.

The link between stress and disease tends to be overlooked in societal conversations, admittedly new research emerges most days. If you can keep yourself mentally healthy, the rest should follow.

Not all older people have health problems. If you eat right and do only a bit of walking it is enough. I think the things to not do are sunbathe, smoke, drink, take drugs and take sugary, salty or fatty foods and drinks in excess. Drinking water and eating fruits and vegetables are very good for health. Also, ensure you aren't stressed, anxious or experience mental health issues.
