I definitely eat at home and cook more from scratch.

I think it has stayed much the same, however, I was on Jobkeeper for four months last year and was able to cook more which was great. I try to eat a bit more locally too.

I'd say my diet has improved as I have the time to cook more since working from home

I think my diet has improved! I get bored so I've been cooking much more, and even when I get takeaway I tend to try and get a proper meal in order to support a local restaurant instead of just grabbing something small from a chain outlet.

Have taken advantage of take away meals to support local businesses.

My diet is still similar. I have just had to adjust to the use of different ingredients in recipes due to unavailability or cost of some ingredients.

I have been eating more fast food. Sometimes I eat even if I am not hungry, it is the way to deal with stress.

Yes, I have made a point to buy as much locally grown produce as possible.

I'm more conscious of buying healthy food and learning to modify recipes when things weren't available.
Also using Deliveroo a lot more. I'm still not game to go to packed restaurants as yet.

I defiantly take advantage of delivery services more such as Door Dash and Uber Eats rather than walk the shops near the office.

I think my diet has sort of become more convenient. I also eat out wayyy more and cook less. However, I have found peace with food during covid which has been beneficial.
