The scramble for Taylor Swift’s Era’s tour tickets has brought into the limelight once again the pitfalls and disappointments that online ticket agencies cause to patrons.
Every big-ticket event these days seems to cause anxiety and (in some cases) time off work to hover over the computer.
What do you think can be done to avoid this? Personally I like the old Bass ticket outlets. Queue up (overnight if you like); people didn’t need a phone, computer or even a credit card. There were many outlets over the city. There were still sellouts of course but I think overall the experience was fairer.
