Hi Everyone,

Just wondering did everyone get to use there "Dine And Discover Vouchers", if so did you find them useful?

How were you treated when u passed over your voucher at time of payment?

Did you find your choice/s of entertainment in participation with your voucher?

I used my vouchers at Sydney Olympic Park restaurant without any issues. The staff happily accepted them.
I have not used the other vouches but with the COVID, I am still thinking of how to use the others or probably give them to someone who can use them instead of going to waste.

They wouldn’t give me the voucher because apart from my licence I couldn’t provide any other proof of ID!😏 thought that was the most legit proof!

They are extended till 31st August 2021. Yes I used 3 of them. The last discovery I would like to use at Gold class event cinemas. It’s a Hugh treat for me. Hope the Government do these vouchers twice a year.😇😇😇

I have used 1 of each and am saving the others for a trip to Sydney. I am so glad the expiry date has been extended until August 31.

I feel this has been one of the best idea's the State Government has come up with in these trying times. Many businesses have benefited and it has helped people on lower incomes to has some enjoyment

These vouchers were the best things. We used them for 2 meals at restaurants and went to the movies twice. It felt wonderful to give back to the community and help out small businesses, at the same time having a lovely night out.

We had a Chinese meal and a Maccas meal with the Dine vouchers and two free movies with the discover vouchers. Very pleased with the outcome. I hope this gets repeated again. Vouchers were gladly accepted, as it brought in more customers. There were many Dine and Discover places to choose from.

Found them quite handy.
Used food for 2 restaurants and were treated normally.

For entertainment used for a movie and timezone.

I didn't receive any vouchers so I can't say...not that I've got the money to dine anywhere other than at home!

Thanks as I live in Melbourne Victoria and am unlikely to travel to NSW, I doubt they'd be much use.

Oh I see! Apologies I thought you meant you didn't get them and you're in NSW! Would be good for VIC to do something similar!

Still got some left as my MIL gave me hers. Yay. No bad treatment, they encouraged us to use them. Entertainment = buying Hoyts vouchers for future use. Heads up!

I think they're a wonderful idea, especially for businesses. I had a lovely dinner at a Lebanese restaurant, and used one voucher there. I've used both discover vouchers at the movies. I have one dining one left - hopefully it can be used, considering the COVID restrictions at the moment...........
