How do you feel about Christmas? Love it? Hate it?

Do you wish Christmas would come and go quickly or do you look forward to it with great enthusiasm? Do you believe Christmas has lost its meaning given all the materialistic connotations associated with it or does it still have a special place in your heart?

I have never had a real christmas, as it is portrayed in movies etc, my family was distructive and growing up hard, I always dreamed of christmas with lights , presents and joy...now I have my own family but am unable to give them a christmas they would remember so I find christmas a sad and unwelcome time..If I had one wish it would be to have a special christmas just once in my life :(
