Do you wish Christmas would come and go quickly or do you look forward to it with great enthusiasm? Do you believe Christmas has lost its meaning given all the materialistic connotations associated with it or does it still have a special place in your heart?

HI Rainbow,
I don't love it or hate it, but you are right about it being very materialistic compared to when I was growing up. I beleive most people have lost the true meaning of Christmas and that is sad but that can be somewhat blamed on the advertisers as to how they market it. I have been here for 23 years on Christmas day and I still can't get used to it because of the weather. I come from a small town in Iowa in the middle of the US and am used to having snow on the ground or for that matter snowing on the day itself. To me it is just another day.
