Replies 11Discussion: International no reason to make a cake day
Between the 11 May and 15 May 2010 please choose one of these days. The idea is for you to make yourself one small cake, sit down and enjoy it with a nice cuppa. There must be no distractions for 15 minutes. Just relax remove all worries and enjoy.
Now you have heard the old one " Sticks and stones may break your bones ' for the first day of the month. This is too violent and I wish to change it to
"HUGS AND KISSESS FOR THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH AND MANY RETURNS."

stewart says: It has to be spontaneous. Just for that special moment when nothing is happening in your life of importance.

Otherwise all the goodness of home cooking is kind of undone by the unhealthy fact that you're sitting there scoffing down a cake by yourself! I for one am going to do it. Where did this idea come from? I really like it. "No reason to make a cake day", like people are going to be united all over the world in the name of NOT having any reason to make cake, but wanting to anyway! Thumbs up!
