There are many things that are decided by making vote, but do you trust the unanimous decision? Is the unanimous section true?

No. The rule of the democratic is inherently flawed, since most people do not possess the ability or knowledge to make an informed decisions. I prefer Socrates/Plato's argument of rule by the few.

I think there are many factors that contribute to what a certain person may support, love, vote for, etc. Part of it may just be what our subconscious thinks will be the best option for us, be it the best option or not. But if you have a large group of people whom all choose the same path in a completely unanimous vote, one cant help but think that if everyone chose so, then it must be the best possible decision. Now, you cant say whether it is or is not at the time because we as humans just have no possible means to thoroughly evaluate the entire situation. But honestly, I think that if there is a completely unanimous vote for something, then you should go with it.
