in the 20th centuary people on early release and good behaviour bonds are drug tested or supposed to be as court request
after talking to a few people in regards to there conditions of release they are to be tested every time the courts request the test done aproxametely three month intervals
it has been either not completed or people in the area just can not be bothered to put in the effort to learn how to do the testing
blood would be the prefered testing for prisoners and offenders
persons talked to have neithere stopped taking there choice of drug nor do they want to
as long as they can slip through the cracks of ignorant court paid officers in the country areas
they need to consider a rotational program for the early release officers so as to find the ones that can ot be trusted nor care for there jobs
