I just want t share this to any migraine sufferers my sister has suffered migraines all her life she is now 70 hers are the type that required pethadine inj for relief sometimes they are as often fortnightly but in feb this year she had kidney stones and the drs told her to drink lots of water which she has been doing she hadnt had a migraine since march until yesteray she was away for last weekend and didnt drink much water the brain is 85% water so this could be the reason for her migraines with water not a real problem she got severe headaches but not the debilitating ones this would not apply to all migraine sufferers some red wine or chocolate even eggs can trigger an attack but it worth a try to a sufferer
