Is the next generation going to be strong enough? Are we breading the natural strength out of our immune systems?

Modern society is breeding softies expecting everything to be given to them instead of earned. In a lot of cases, we need to experience or be exposed to things in order to build up our natural defences so when something of adversity is faced we are able to defend ourselves. The human race needs to go back to the Book of Leviticus which actually lists various food types that the human body is designed to thrive on. Unfortunately I too have been lazy in modern life and now had to go back to these basics to survive. Sustenance has now won over taste.
