Can anyone tell me why people now hate Kevin Rudd?

Yes, he reminds me of Tim Brooke-Taylor (google if you don't know who I'm talking about).
Yes the "fair shake of the sauce bottle" thing was incredibly try-hard.
But, wasn't he the head of a whole entire party? Didn't they & even the opposition have to reach some sort of accord to enact legislation? Didn't Australia manage to miss the worst of the Global Financial Crisis? Did he personally screw up the insulation? I'm pretty sure that one was a group effort.
I just don't get why people think changing the person at the top of the pile will change the entire party's policies or the whole country somehow.

To terribrown.
Yes I agree with you he is only one man he cannot know everything it is up to the minister responsible, being Peter Garrett and even he has to rely on other people for information. No Minister knows everything about the post they stand for they should be able to trust experts who advise them. If they are given wrong advice then it those experts (so called experts) who are supposed to advise them. Ministers are shuffled around so many time into different positions they cannot know everything. The workers who scammed the system and the companies who went along and did not check on them are the ones who should be punished. Not Kevin Rudd who was trying to do the right thing and help people. I also think pop stars and sporting identies like Peter Garrett and the like should not be in these positions just because thery are well known entertainers, he has been a disaster from the start just like Justin Madden..
