Do you believe in the Bible and follow it closely?

Hi bren
No one HAS TO believe in any man-made religions or in any 'holy' books written by men. As you said, it is wise to 'leave a gap between' those 'holy' books and you.
The best that can be said of them is that some of the best of their messages may be used as a guide, but never as a blind and manipulating belief.
