Are hair colour products safe?

i would say not all hair products are safe, i can say that coz i have been dying my hair for 8 years having to bleach my hair blonde and always do my regrowths i tell you my hair use to be healthy and long now its dead and had to cut it short so i can grow again its been 3 months and my hairs is still not growing how i want it. Using so many products didnt help my hair at all as i have been to so many hairdressers they advise not to use too many products to allow my hair to breathe therefore i am starting to use 1 product only till my hair grows.
