I am interested in learning about what volunteer work people do, how they got started in it, what it involves and what they like about it or not like about it?

Hi Tricia,
That would be interesting meeting people from overseas. Volunteering is a good way to meet others. I have volunteered at Meals on Wheels and a reading program at a local primary school. I stopped volunteering but now the kids are grown up I'm wanting to do something again.
