Is it bad manners? Noisy (or nosey) neighbours? Crude dress? Expensive groceries? Rainy days? I know this isn't an overly positive toipc, but as is life, we're only human and sometimes things just tick us off...

hartmut i ask that you remember this some times people use loud music to calm down help pain depression etc so maybe be moderate in response to music noise some also have teens who need to be teens i have a neighbour who winges about all there neighbours in the street for any noise i alsoo had 1 that complained even if the todlers played outside or we shut a door being a good neighbour goes both ways and i assume you were
