Do you wish Christmas would come and go quickly or do you look forward to it with great enthusiasm? Do you believe Christmas has lost its meaning given all the materialistic connotations associated with it or does it still have a special place in your heart?

I generally love Xmas, but this year i am dreading it, when it comes to presents for my kids, it is just not going to happen as our money situation is rather bad this year. It was easy to explain this to my 16 yr old step son but i also have a 2 old & she is the one that is difficult to explain that santa is not coming this year. I know she wont remember later on in life but children build there world of imagination around these stories we tell about santa & the easter bunny, the tooth fairy it is all what being a kid is about(IMAGINATION). So i am rather depressed this time of year when it is supposed to be a happy, fun time for the family and kids especially
