Do you wish Christmas would come and go quickly or do you look forward to it with great enthusiasm? Do you believe Christmas has lost its meaning given all the materialistic connotations associated with it or does it still have a special place in your heart?

It took a long time for me to enjoy Christmas because my mum died Christmas Day when I was 11 years old. It was only when I had my childre that I started to make an effort and slowly but surely, the Christmas spirit came back. I still get sad at the time mum died, but I do my grieving in private so as not to damper the day for my children or grandchildren.
