How do you feel about Christmas? Love it? Hate it?

Do you wish Christmas would come and go quickly or do you look forward to it with great enthusiasm? Do you believe Christmas has lost its meaning given all the materialistic connotations associated with it or does it still have a special place in your heart?

I'm over Christmas already .....and it's not even December yet ! Now my children are adults and living there own lives , it's become a major non event for me. I still send them prezzies but that's all I really do now. I have no family close to me and even tho' I get invites from friends , I just have lost enthusiasm for the 'big day'. It all seems like over commercialised claptrap and I just can't be bothered....... I hate that I feel this way. I don't appear to be the only one though?....
