Yes, people are no longer as Tolerant, Considerate or Respectful towards others.

Hi 888shelley, thanks for answer my topic. Your neighbour was not very nice person and you should put up cameras up outside and next time you go away it can record your neighbour next time he comes into your backyard and then you will have proof to charge him.
