I am thinking of giving up my job and trying to work from home. Does anyone have any ideas for earning income at home?

I seem to be inundated with 'wonderful opportunites' to earn fabulous money through buying software that gives you a seemingly effortless income stream! The trouble is I subscribe to the theory that if something sounds to good to be true it usually is! I find myself wondering whose income stream I may tap into! So, I guess I stay clear, especially as I am a little techno-phobic and tend to fly by the seat of my pants where the internet is concerned..in other words I am no help at all!! Would love to hear of a part-time way of earning money at home though...
