I often wonder what the latter children's memories of childhood will be like as to what before 1980's children's were. My memories from way back are wonderful, but feel the young ones of today are missing out.

I agree, I think this young age this day are far too grown up and not really having any childhood, they are far too much activities going on and school curricullum, I found the school are not giving the younger one's this day to be a child they treat them to be more mature when they are missing out on their childhood..School has too much homework..(eg) I have 2 young children age 11 & 6 they have email homework by the time they get home it does not appear they have time to play becuse they need to make sure homework was done and sent back to the teacher via email..At school they feel they do not have time to associate with there friends becasue there is far too much activities they are involve in..
As far I am concern I tell my children 20mins max on homework and then go out and play be a child...
