To "thank you" for your valuable feedback and time, we offer our members between 5 and 30 points for each study you take part in. If you respond to a study that is fully subscribed, you will still be "thanked" and awarded points for responding. How can I join in? Joining Caféstudy is by invitation only. You will be invited either directly by us, or through a friend. Once the registration process is complete, you'll be all set to receive your first invitation to one of our studies and begin sharing your opinion. 4. Am I eligible to become a member of Caféstudy? Joining in and becoming a member of Caféstudy is by invitation only. Membership is free. You must be aged 14 years and over, and be either an Australian or New Zealand resident. 5. How do Caféstudy studies work?...how do you know what will be relevant to me? Caféstudy's online studies are matched to the information you give us about yourself, and therefore targeted to suit your individual interests and lifestyle. There will be simple instructions for each question to help you complete the study. Once you have completed the study you will be awarded points that will be added to your member point tally. 6. How long does it take to complete a Caféstudy survey? The time it takes to complete a survey depends on the type and length of the survey. Our surveys will take between 2 minutes for shorter studies, and up to 15 minutes, so there are no lengthy questionnaires to fill out. We won't ask you to participate in any surveys that will take longer than 15 minutes. (Please note that the completion time is an average estimation, based on the average speed of reading and completing questions). 7. How often will I be invited to take part in a Caféstudy study? The number of invitations that you'll receive will vary. Being a member of Caféstudy is a relationship based on respect. You'll only ever be sent studies in relation to stuff that interests you. You're not obliged to participate in any studies that you don't want to, or you simply don't have time for. 8. What are the studies about...generally, what topics are covered? Caféstudy studies relate to everything from consumer goods, to up and coming films, to advertising concepts that help shape and develop the products and services of the future. You will never be sold anything through Caféstudy. All messages/studies conducted are related to market research and your opinion only. 9. Can I unsubscribe at a later stage? You sure can. You are free to cancel your Caféstudy membership at any time by going to the 'Member's Lounge' area and clicking 'unsubscribe me'. 10. What protection does Caféstudy offer against privacy and spam? At Caféstudy we will only use your email address to communicate directly to you. We will not pass on your email address to third parties. Your answers are completely confidential.
